IBB Reports is an Excel add-in and service that reads Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) data on your behalf and returns it to your spreadsheet. This policy explains what we access and how we handle it.

What we access

When a signed-in user runs an IBB.* function, the service calls the standard Business Central API as that user (via Microsoft Entra single sign-on / On-Behalf-Of). We only read the BC data your own permissions already allow. We never write to your BC, and we install nothing inside your BC environment.

What we store

• Audit records of each request (timestamp, the user's UPN, the action, row counts, latency, and a hash of the query) — for security and compliance. We do not store the BC records returned.
• Account/subscription data: your tenant id and plan tier.

Data is held in Microsoft Azure (encrypted in transit and at rest). Secrets are stored only in Azure Key Vault. We do not sell, rent, or share your data, and we do not use it to train any model.

Authentication

Sign-in uses Microsoft Entra ID. We never see or store your password. Access tokens are used transiently to call Business Central and are not logged.

Data retention & deletion

Audit and account data are retained for the life of your subscription. On request or account closure we delete your tenant's data. Contact us to request export or deletion.
